At Mr.Cone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We prepare every order with care, but we understand that issues may arise. This policy explains our refund and returns process.

1. Order Cancellations & Refunds
  • If your online order is rejected or cancelled by us, a refund will be initiated automatically.
  • If a refund is not triggered automatically, you can request one by contacting us at support@mrcone.pk or calling our support number +92315 2344400.
  • Once processed, we will provide you with a Transaction Reference Number (TRX) as proof of refund.
2. Processing Time
  • Once the refund has been initiated, the processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds usually take 2 to 14 working days to appear in your account.
3. Returns Policy (Food Orders)

As our products are freshly prepared food and desserts, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, in case of:

  • Wrong items delivered
  • Damaged, spoiled, or missing items

You must contact us immediately within 2 hours of delivery. We will review your complaint and, if valid, issue a refund or provide a replacement at no extra cost.
